    Your design goes to our network of skilled, licensed contractors, and we stay on the job from demolition to the last fixture so the room comes out as drawn.

Meet Michelle Mercier.

Designer, contractor and the person behind every Aleros project.

Michelle came to remodeling through costume design for Philadelphia theater and studies in fashion and interior design. Designing, owning and running a bar in South Philadelphia taught her how a room has to work when it is full of people.

That mix shows up in every project: color and texture chosen with intent, and layouts that hold up to real life.

Do you design the project or just build it?

Both. We start with floor plans, finish selections and design drawings, then build with our network of skilled, licensed contractors. You work with one team the whole way.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Kitchen and bathroom remodels, attic and basement additions, built-ins, flooring and tile, painting, whole-home renovations, and commercial spaces such as restaurants, bars and shops. Refined upgrades and full-scale remodels are both welcome.

Can you get a house ready to sell or rent?

Yes. A home refresh before a sale and a rental refresh before new tenants are both part of what we do, from paint and flooring to fixtures.

What happens after I call?

We talk through the room, what bothers you about it now and what you picture instead, then set up an estimate visit. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
